In keeping with presentation and warm comfort of the Old Bank the Dining Room is seamlessly integrated into this charming private hotel.

Both in form and function it quietly promotes a sense of comfort and well being as you dine rather than eat. The experience is complete.


 

All menus prepared by Husband and wife team Teena and Stephen Crooks (of Phatt Duck Catering Fame) are in the true Bistro style focussed on produce from our farm and dishes that complement your surroundings.

Emphasis on local, best choice, organic where possible incorporating sustainable practices.

The kitchen takes the idea of a restaurant garden further than most by relying heavily on the Old Banks Farm just 20mins south of Mittagong.

It is here on the farm that Archie and his girls provide the beautifully rich eggs supplied daily. The fruit for our morning juices, jams and preserves are grown organically, herbs and vegetables are cultivated with tender loving care.
